Account & Data Deletion Request

If you have an account registered with QSite (by QUBIT SOLUTIONS SDN BHD) and wish to request account deletion along with associated user data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to info@metrio.com.my.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email].
3. Provide your registered account username.

Data Handling & Retention

• Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account details, personal credentials, and profile data within 30 days.
• Certain transaction or audit records may be retained for accounting or legal compliance as required by local regulations.
